Notice of Public Hearing:
The Board of Adjustment, City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing for
the purpose of Considering a Special Exception request. The meeting will be held at the
City Hall Annex, 111 Polk Avenue, Cape Canaveral, Florida, on Monday, June 22, 2009
at 7:00 P.M.
Consideration of Special Exception No. 09-01 to Allow On -Premise Consumption of
Alcoholic Beverages in the C-1 Zoning District (6395 N. Atlantic Avenue) — Parcel 253.1,
Section 26, Township 24 South, Range 37 East — John Porter for Banana River LP,
Petitioner.
Interested parties are invited to attend this meeting and be heard. If any person decides
to appeal any decision made by the Board of Adjustment with respect to any matter
considered at this meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such
purpose helshe may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.
