AGREEMENT FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES
THIS SECOND ADDENDUM is made and entered this 31 day of JANUARY, 2025, by and
between the CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, a Florida municipal corporation ("City"), located at
100 Polk Avenue, Cape Canaveral, Florida 32920, and ARDAMAN & ASSOCIATES, Inc., a Florida
corporation ("Engineer"), whose principal address is 1300 N. Cocoa Boulevard, Cocoa, Florida 32922.
WHEREAS, the parties entered into that certain Agreement for Engineering Services, dated July
25, 2018 ("Agreement"), and;
WHEREAS, a desire to extend the term of said Agreement for a one (1) year renewal period
from July 25, 2023 and terminated on July 25, 2024 ; and
WHEREAS, a desire to extend the term of said Agreement for a one (1) year final renewal
period from January 31, 2025 and terminating on July 25, 2025.
WITNESSETH:
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, the parties covenant and agree as follows:
1A Pursuant to Section 1.1 of the Agreement, the parties hereby extend the Agreement for
an additional one (1) year term commencing January 31, 2025 and terminating on July 25, 2025.
1.1 All other terms and conditions of the Agreement not modified by this Second
Addendum shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto caused this Agreement to be executed by their duly
authorized representatives as of the date first written above.
