Hi Mike and Brian. I have prepared a quick to do list coming out of last week’s Special Meeting. Also includes some status items. Would you guys please review and fill-in any blanks
or correct as needed. Thanks!
Status/To Do’s:
120 Jackson Avenue:
* Violations with a deadline of January 29, as contained in the 12/24 Special Magistrate Order, have been fully addressed.
* Next deadline approaching is March 8th for owner to pull permit(s) to address fire damage and railing at 120 Jackson Ave.
* Tenant at 120 Jackson (Cowboy) has 90 days to remove extension cords as discussed with Fire Marshall/Tenant on January 29th.
* Courtesy letter to owner at 7802 N. Atlantic Ave. (Moon Hut) sent on January 23rd. Owner has until February 22nd to pull a permit with SJRWMD for any needed drainage work. If not,
a NOV will be issued.
* Provide CE Report re: all actions and correspondence from 1/1/2016.
* Create Administrative Procedure materials reviewed by the CA for CE officers. This will not be ready for Feb council meeting. Stated in the Special Council Meeting it would be 1 month
to get it done and sent out for review.
* Report of CE employee certifications/training/continuing education.
* Report to Council re: Code Enforcement improvements.
304-316 Fillmore Avenue:
* Email sent on 1/31 to FPL Project Engineer regarding possible work outside public utility easement.
* Email sent on 2/1 to FPL Project Engineer regarding timetable on overhead work (remove pole and overhead lines).
* Scheduling call with KHA re: scope/proposal for an Engineering Report.
* Obtain a building permit inspections report.
* Request plans and date from FPL re: removal of overhead lines.
* CM and CA to present report to Council re: CED improvements.
