A fence has been erected to block access to the stairwell on the back of the building. This was in response to the Special Magistrate’s (SM) order for the stairway to be removed. This
will be brought to the SM on January 23rd to determine if the use of a fence to block access is consistent with the his order.
Regarding the garage door, Officer Robinson has found that the door has been repaired. The tenant (Cowboy) has been informed that during non-business hours, the garage door is to remain
closed.
Also, the owner was ordered to secure the a utility closet under the stairwell. This was addressed through the erection of the fence mentioned above.
Those were the two items that the SM ordered to be addressed during the 14 day period immediately following the meeting..
Also, by March 8th, the owner is to secure necessary permits to
