HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE_ Concern about swaleGood morning Sherry. I don’t immediately see where a phased approach will create a problem for you or the other owners.
Gary mentioned this to me last week. I responded that I don’t get involved with how a project gets completed, as long as the work is not overly disruptive and meets approved plans and
Code requirements.
Hope that helps. Dave

Hi David,
DigSafe was out to mark the yard today. Also, the stakes on the yard were painted at the top which has now faded and one stake has warped. Not sure if either matters.
My concern is stemming from a brief conversation with Ron.
He said they were going to go ahead and “do” my yard since my property is not affected by the FPL part of the project. He said we would be pleased.
So since I’m not 100% sure what is being done, I wanted to let you know. Will doing 1 yard create a problem or will the entire project still be able to be completed correctly. There’s
the fence too at 316 Fillmore.
I’m happy to have the job done as long as it still meets all the requirements and code. I’m not sure why they don’t want to do everything at once.
Please let me know your thoughts. I’m available to speak by phone as well.
As always, thank you for your help,
Sherry
