Thanks David! I know I probably keep asking the same questions and I appreciate your patience!
This is all so new to me and my husband. And a little stressful dealing with Gary.
Again thank you!

Hi Sherry. The EOR will wait till the project is complete and then certify the entire project.
He was out at the site to stake what needed to be done several months ago. At that point the contractor comes in and makes the revisions. Then the EOR will come out and “certify” that
the improvements were completed as designed/staked.
Yes, once the EOR signs-off, the City will review and then either approve or deny.

Thanks.
Gary sodded the yard. As usual I was not aware Gary would be out. I was not home.
I was not aware that the Engineer of Record had been out to approve the work.
Do you know? Or is the engineer waiting until the whole project is completed?
I would really like to be present when the engineer comes. Does the city also have to sign off?
Thanks,
Sherry

Hi Gary,
Thank you for reaching out. It takes me about 6 weeks to do a design then to put you into schedule can be another 5 weeks for the entire relocation to be done. I just want to give
you a time frame to relay to the city. I’m not sure if they gave you a deadline but those are they typical FPL wait times.
I can make this quicker if absolutely need be but please do remember there are many other emergencies and people without power that I also need to attend to.

Subject: FILLMORE ELECTRIC
Hi Adrian,
As you have previously informed me, you remain very busy in the field. Our last phone conversation on Monday July 17, you mentioned a plan was in place to address the electrical overhead
lines at 306 - 316 Fillmore Ave. As all are aware, that current FPL powerline service is in violation of the City of Cape Canaveral codes.
In our conversation, you asked for me to call you back on Friday July 21. I did call you on that day and left a voicemail message. Having not heard back from you, I did try again
today with no success in reaching you. There would be no need for me to repeatedly call you as both of us are aware this matter needs to be addressed.
Please be aware you can reach out and call me anytime and of course once the corrective plan is Scheduled with FPL, I will immediately inform the city.
Thank you very much.
Gary
