I’ve asked many times for work Not to be done on the weekend. It is a big mess out there and can’t be left like that. As you can see, there is concrete running under the fence. It looks like an old foundation so I’m not sure how that will be handled. Unfortunately I was at work on Saturday so not sure who was doing the work although Gary was here. As always, I have concerns about Gary, lack of qualifications and propensity to cut corners. I just wanted to give you a heads up before they get too far into the project without the engineer knowing about the concrete and how the work is proceeding. Honestly, I hope the swale will be filled in because it is now bigger than it was- just moved somewhat. Also since the yard at 316 isn’t impacted by FPL, you’d think they’d do thus side of the property all at once. Thanks for your help as always. I don’t know when they are coming back and if there is a solution in place for the concrete. Florida has a very broad public records law.
