Appears that FPL is now waiting on the communication company (assume this to be your cable provider) to remove their lines before the overhead lines and pole are removed.

I will reach out to the team to see how we can go about the easement issue.
For the overhead poles and lines we need the communications line to go underground first since all of this is attached to an FPL pole. I’m reaching out to our team to see how soon we
can expect the communications company to do their part.

Adrian, thanks for getting back with me.
With homeowner permission, FPL can certainly have a surveyor identify the easement locations on the property. You may be able to get a rough idea of the approximate location of the 15-foot
utility easement by measuring 15 feet south from the property line. Please refer to the plat for these dimensions. I have attached a copy for your convenience.
As it appears that FPL placed the lines outside of the easement area, it would follow that FPL would be responsible for any work that is needed to rectify the situation. Please let me
know how you are going to proceed in this matter so I can keep all of the parties advised.
Also, do you have a timeframe on when the pole and overhead lines will be removed?

Thank you for bringing this up.
Is there anyway we can get a surveyor out there to mark these easements and where our pipe is? I’ll be happy to meet with them. That way we can at least all know how much out of easement
we are and I can explain this to my team.

Good morning Adrian. Yesterday. The City Manager and I visited the Fillmore site as we were notified the crew was on-site. Thank you for all your efforts regarding this matter.
Would it be possible to get a copy of the plans that the crew was working from? Let me explain why. It appeared the handhole and the four conduit lines (where they run south from the
handhole) are within the public utility easement located on the property. All good.
The problem begins once the conduit does a 90 degree and runs east-west. Two of the four conduits appear to traverses private property to get to the two outside units (304 and 316) (see
attached drawing). This occurs when the conduit running to 304 does a 90 degree and runs west across the 306 property. And again when the line running to 316 does a 90 and runs east
across the 314 property. A portion of the east-west run appears to be on private property outside of the public utility easements on the property.
If this is the case, an easement from the 306 and 314 properties is needed to authorize the conduit running across these properties. If you want to discuss, please let me know.
These comments are based on my observations and are only to raise the issue for further discussion.
