Thank you for the concern David. The builders buried numerous objects that appear each time a new dig occurs. Examples are that rebar, cement blocks, and 2x4’s.

hat the Engineer of Record will provide a revised drawing (as-built) that shows the revised swale, as well as the relocated supply lines. Appears that the entire swale will be shifted
approximately 3-4 feet to the north, where it was shown on the original plan.
As far as a timetable, it depends on when FPL's subcontractor will get out to the site. I have asked that we get a few days lead time before the work actually starts
