Yes, several City Staff met with Gary and Adrian (FPL) last Friday at the property to discuss the overhead electric supply lines. It was determined that FPL will relocate the supply
line underground from the pole at the NW corner of the overall property to the units. Once FPL is done, Gary's contractor will move in and contour the swale, sod, etc.
Furthermore, that the Engineer of Record will provide a revised drawing (as-built) that shows the revised swale, as well as the relocated supply lines. Appears that the entire swale
will be shifted approximately 3-4 feet to the north, where it was shown on the original plan.
As far as a timetable, it depends on when FPL's subcontractor will get out to the site. I have asked that we get a few days lead time before the work actually starts
