They need permission from the homeowner which is Nicole Anderson at 304 to take it down. Brian and I were home and they asked if we had contact information which we gave them and I also let Nicole know they would contact her. The crew said he would contact her immediately but apparently he never did. You can now get a very good visual as to how the drainage swale will construct WEST of centerline where you will be adjusting the placement of handle hole and burying powerlines. The drainage swale will be continuing its path from the eastside to the westside.
