I think a permit is needed too right? How do we measure “temporary” if there is no documented time approval application?
That’s assuming we have a “temporary“ time duration defined.
If a phone call is easier than an email, then please let me know a good time. The owner of the property has a valid concern and my hope is that the Council can make a way through policy
if there is no path today. I support adding this to the next council meeting agenda as an add on if needed as well.

If our code is silent on temporary fencing and or it exists with no prohibitions or way to stop it, I think we need to make a change as soon as possible by ordinance. We need at least
a minimum 2-3’ setback from the road in my opinion.
If someone is not allowed to place a temporary yard/snipe sign within 2’ of the right of way or visibility triangle how can a temporary fence right to the gutter be justified?

That’s assuming we have a “temporary“ time duration defined.
If a phone call is easier than an email, then please let me know a good time. The owner of the property has a valid concern and my hope is that the Council can make a way through policy
if there is no path today. I support adding this to the next council meeting agenda as an add on if needed as well.

a minimum 2-3’ setback from the road in my opinion.
If someone is not allowed to place a temporary yard/snipe sign within 2’ of the right of way or visibility triangle how can a temporary fence right to the gutter be justified?
