You can do it that way, but attached is a report that already exists in the system. Do you want me to use this as the basis and have them add the calculation?

I can actually do it by exporting to excel and then setting up the calculation I was just wondering if it could do it all in BS&A.
When I run an enforcement report I just run as is without any filters and then do the calcs so it would include everything without filters.

Go to Report > Permit and select PERMIT APPLICATION DATE & DAYS REPORT.
It will calculate the days for you. You can also narrow it down to specific date ranges and permit types via the Report Options button.

Todd, see attached. This is a listing of all permits (1,844 of them). I believe this report covered between 9/30/19 and 9/30/20. If a user wants to limit or filter the report, that can
be done – such as by permit type. This would provide much more useable information.

I can actually do it by exporting to excel and then setting up the calculation I was just wondering if it could do it all in BS&A.
When I run an enforcement report I just run as is without any filters and then do the calcs so it would include everything without filters.

Go to Report > Permit and select PERMIT APPLICATION DATE & DAYS REPORT.
It will calculate the days for you. You can also narrow it down to specific date ranges and permit types via the Report Options button.

Todd, see attached. This is a listing of all permits (1,844 of them). I believe this report covered between 9/30/19 and 9/30/20. If a user wants to limit or filter the report, that can
be done – such as by permit type. This would provide much more useable information.
