to a property address: a code violation category/description, 'possibly' the owner (if it is already redacted by your system for confidential records) name if it is used in the data
created by the city at the time, the date of the violation, any fee's issued, any open fees relating to the violation, and if the violation is open or closed. To summarize the request,
we are requesting public data that the city already has already created pertaining to code violations if they issue them: • The folio or PID if used in the data created by the city
for creating the violation record. • The full street address of the property, or parcel. If it just a vacant parcel for some reason, without an address, the folio/PID will suffice.
An example of an address is as follows: Street name, house number, city, state, zip. ie, '123 main street, any city, state, zip code. • The date of the violation • If the violation
is open or closed • The category of the violation. • Any fee issued to the property owner as part of the violation. Additionally, as part of this, we request: • The name and contact
and contact information of the software and/or technology vendor, used by the city to create the records and store the data, if an outside 3rd party vendor is used. • The full names

still being maintained as a scanned image of an original paper document. We are not asking you to Create Data. This is data that the city has already created, by issuing a violation
to a property address: a code violation category/description, 'possibly' the owner (if it is already redacted by your system for confidential records) name if it is used in the data
created by the city at the time, the date of the violation, any fee's issued, any open fees relating to the violation, and if the violation is open or closed. To summarize the request,
we are requesting public data that the city already has already created pertaining to code violations if they issue them: • The folio or PID if used in the data created by the city
for creating the violation record. • The full street address of the property, or parcel. If it just a vacant parcel for some reason, without an address, the folio/PID will suffice.
An example of an address is as follows: Street name, house number, city, state, zip. ie, '123 main street, any city, state, zip code. • The date of the violation • If the violation
is open or closed • The category of the violation. • Any fee issued to the property owner as part of the violation. Additionally, as part of this, we request: • The name and contact
and contact information of the software and/or technology vendor, used by the city to create the records and store the data, if an outside 3rd party vendor is used. • The full names

the data that you are contracting with to maintain and store the public data that the city created of these records. Going along with Section 119.071, Florida Statutes (f) Each agency
that maintains a public record in an electronic recordkeeping system shall provide to any person, pursuant to this chapter, a copy of any public record in that system which is not exempted
by law from public disclosure. An agency must provide a copy of the record in the medium requested if the agency maintains the record in that medium, and the agency may charge a fee
in accordance with this chapter. For the purpose of satisfying a public records request, the fee to be charged by an agency if it elects to provide a copy of a public record in a medium
not routinely used by the agency, or if it elects to compile information not routinely developed or maintained by the agency or that requires a substantial amount of manipulation or
