The owner of Ellie Mays Tiki Bar stated the following to me and provided the picture below…
are REALLY struggling to attract any new guests. Would you be willing to walk around the broken down van, and this couple blocking the sidewalk to try out a new restaurant?
I am struggling to understand how this illegal business continues to remain open. If you think I should send my concerns directly to Officer Palmer or Dave Dickey I am happy to do so.

Is there anything in our code that would prohibit the use of umbrellas and chairs partially or entirely blocking the entrance walkway in front of the thrift store next to Ellie Mays
Tiki Bar at 116 Jackson Avenue?

are REALLY struggling to attract any new guests. Would you be willing to walk around the broken down van, and this couple blocking the sidewalk to try out a new restaurant?
I am struggling to understand how this illegal business continues to remain open. If you think I should send my concerns directly to Officer Palmer or Dave Dickey I am happy to do so.

Is there anything in our code that would prohibit the use of umbrellas and chairs partially or entirely blocking the entrance walkway in front of the thrift store next to Ellie Mays
Tiki Bar at 116 Jackson Avenue?
I spoke to David about this issue and not sure if this something you are aware of and or have under your review. If not, please disregard and or I appreciate your help to please let
me know a better path to find out the answer.
