adopting a Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment by changing the
Future Land Use Map Designation of several parcels of property legally

The following public hearings will be held regarding the adoption of the
Ordinances:
City Council Meeting - Second Reading and Adoption
Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. or soon thereafter at City Hall
located at 100 Polk Avenue, Cape Canaveral, Florida The City Council
reserves the right to postpone or continue the Public Hearing on any of these
Ordinances at this meeting without further notice.
The proposed Ordinances may be inspected by interested parties during
regular City business hours, Monday through Friday (8:30 am to 5:00 pm),
at the City Clerk's Office located at 100 Polk Avenue, Cape Canaveral,
Florida. For more information, call (321) 868-1220 x207. Interested parties
may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordi-
nances. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of
these proceedings should contact the City Clerk's office, 48 hours in advance
of the meeting. The meetings listed above are public hearings If you decide
to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter
considered at these meetings, you will need a record of the proceedings, and
for such purposes, you may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the
proceedings is made upon which the appeal is based. Interested parties are
