Staff advised owner that property registration was still listed as incomplete 2/15/23 staff encourage owner to contact prochamps to discuss why property was not considered complete registration and provided phone number Case #22-304 Synopsis CASE NO. 22-304CHRISTINE; ANTHONY; DILLON A; JILLIAN C, ADDONIZIO 3/10/23 Staff verified with Prochamps past due balance was due to a start date discrepancy 3/15/23 Staff made a courtesy call to property owner. Voicemail was left 3/28/23 Staff received email from property owner stating Prochamps was cleaning up an error and would follow up when mistake is fixed. Staff again encourage owner to contact Prochamps. 5/11/23 Notice of Hearing issued Case #22-304 Synopsis PROPERTY REPRESENTATIVE STAFF RECOMMENDATION Based on the testimony and evidence submitted at this hearing,staff respectfully requests the Magistrate find the respondent(s),in violation,of the Notice of Violation and give the respondentuntilJune27,2023 to bring the property into compliance. CASE NO. 22-381SAMORUKOVA, ELENA 12/22/22 Staff received complaint from Prochamps that property not being registered. 12/27/22 Staff issued a notice of violation 3/9/23 Courtesy call to property owner advising of Prochamps registration fee. 3/17/23 Staff found that Prochamps registration fee was paid but a past due balance remained. 5/10/23 Courtesy call to property owner advised her of unpaid past due balance and provided Prochamps phone number 5/11/23 Notice of hearing issued Case #22-381 Synopsis CASE NO. 22-090CLAYTON A CASTETTER II 10/7/22 Staff observed individuals on the roof that appeared to be repairing something. Further inspection revealed a 10’ x 20’ section of roof had been replaced due to damages from storms. Staff informed the contractor a permit was required. 11/21/22 A follow up site visit as well as a check of our database revealed no changes to the property and no permits have been obtained for the roof repair. A revised Notice of Violation was generated and sent to the property owner. 12/1/22 Staff met with the property owner and his roof contractor to go over the violations listed in the revised Notice of Violation and what needs to be done to come into compliance. Mr. Castetter advised he would address the issues. 1/2/23 A check of the database revealed a permit was obtained for the roof repair however at this time no inspections have been performed. Case #22-381 Synopsis PROPERTY REPRESENTATIVE STAFF RECOMMENDATION Based on the testimony and evidence submitted at this hearing,staff respectfully requests the Magistrate give the respondent(s),additional time to comply with the Magistrate Order,and givetherespondentuntilJune27,2023 to bring the property intocompliance.
