The following public hearings will be held regarding the adoption of the Ordinances: City Council Meeting - First Read- ing Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. or soon thereafter at City Hall located at 100 Polk Avenue, Cape Canaveral, Florida. The City Coun- cil reserves the right to postpone or continue the Public Hearing on any of these Ordinances at this meeting without further notice. City Council Meeting - Second Reading and Adoption Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. or soon thereafter at City Hall located at 100 Polk Avenue, Cape Canaveral, Florida. The City Coun- cil reserves the right to postpone or continue the Public Hearing on any of these Ordinances at this meeting without further notice. The proposed Ordinances may be inspected by interested parties during regular City business hours, Monday through Friday (6:30 am to 5:00 pm), at the City Clerk's Office located at 100 Polk Avenue, Cape Canaveral, Florida.
