Corrective Notice is hereby given
that the City of Cape Canaveral
proposes to adopt the following Ordi-

An Ordinance of the City Council of
the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida;
adopting a Small Scale Future Land
Use Map Amendment by changing
the Future Land Use Map Designa-
tion of several parcels of property
legally described as Lots 1 through
15, Park Villas, according to the
Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 38, Page 74, of the Public
Records of Brevord County, Florida
and locoted at 104, 106, 108, 110, 112,

The following public hearings will be
held regarding the adoption of the
Ordinances:
City Council Meeting - First Read-
ing
Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 6:00
P.M. or soon thereafter at City Hall
located at 100 Polk Avenue, Cape
Canaveral, Florida. The City Coun-
cil reserves the right to postpone or
continue the Public Hearing on any
of these Ordinances at this meeting
without further notice.
City Council Meeting - Second
Reading and Adoption
Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 6:00
P.M. or soon thereafter at City Hall
located at 100 Polk Avenue, Cape
Canaveral, Florida. The City Coun-
cil reserves the right to postpone or
continue the Public Hearing on any
of these Ordinances at this meeting
without further notice.
The proposed Ordinances may be
inspected by interested parties
during regular City business hours,
Monday through Friday (6:30 am to
5:00 pm), at the City Clerk's Office
located at 100 Polk Avenue, Cape
Canaveral, Florida. For more infor-

Interested parties moy appear at
the meeting and be heard with
respect to the proposed Ordinances.
Persons with disabilities needing
assistance to participate in any of
these proceedings should contact the
City Clerk's office, 48 hours in
advance of the meeting. The meet-
ings listed above are public hear-
ings. If you decide to appeal any
decision made by the City Council
with respect to any matter consid-
ered at these meetings, you will
need a record of the proceedings,
and for such purposes, you may
need to ensure that a verbatim
record of the proceedings is made
upon which the appeal is based.
Interested parties are advised that
they may appear at the meeting and
be heard with respect to the
proposed Ordinances.
