Good afternoon Mr. Campbell. The following are provided in response to your emailed questions dated March 13th (response shown in italics).
1. First I am not sure the “mediation” is protected information. I am waiting for the city’s response to my public record request. The City Attorney has advised that confidential
mediation communication related to the on-going mediation with Mr. DiChristopher is not subject to public record requests.
2. Second, I did not see a correction to the characterization of DiChristopher as a “citizen” instead of the accurate term “realtor/broker developer” a continuation of the misrepresentation
of the situation to the real citizens of cape canaveral. Would you please provide me with context of this concern? Was this stated in an email/meeting?
3. And last it seems what you provided is just a spreadsheet of Dichristopher’s complaints. Have they been entered in the code enforcement management system BS&A and what is being
done to disposition the complaints?Dichristopher has asked also. Has any answer been provided to him? The complaints have not been entered into the BS&A system and there has been no
answers provided to Mr. DiChristopher regarding the specific complaints.
Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you. Dave

Hi Pat,
In response to your last request, I looked through all my DiChristopher emails since the last batch I sent you on 2/23/23. They are all related to the Confidential Mediation.
This one, below, is the only one outside of those.
