I am waiting for the city’s response to my public record request. The City Attorney has advised that confidential mediation communication related to the on-going mediation with Mr. DiChristopher is not subject to public record requests. 2. Second, I did not see a correction to the characterization of DiChristopher as a “citizen” instead of the accurate term “realtor/broker developer” a continuation of the misrepresentation of the situation to the real citizens of cape canaveral. Would you please provide me with context of this concern? Was this stated in an email/meeting? 3. And last it seems what you provided is just a spreadsheet of Dichristopher’s complaints.
