Landscape Features:
Each side of the entrance will have 2 large Date Palms with coquina rocks and flowering
annuals at the base of each tree.
The entry street will be bordered by 20 mature Queen Palms with pink Oleanders between
each tree.
The entry street directs the view to a large lighted fountain located in the wet retention
area
All mulched areas will contain red cypress mulch which resists fading.
All sod and planting areas will be on automatic irrigation system using treated reuse water.
A mixture of flowering trees and plants will be in abundance throughout the development.
