The Planning & Zoning Board has approved the site plan with the condition that the facility be for the use of the occupants of 8810 Astronaut Blvd. only and not the general public. (C-1 Zoning does not allow mini -storage as a permitted use) (see attached) The city's engineer, SSA, has approved this request. The Fire Department has approved this request. All fees have been received by the city for this request. The request, as I understand it, is to construct a 4000 sq. ft. (+/-), one story, storage building, to be used solely by the tenants of 8810 Astronaut Blvd., for storage use only and not as a mini -storage facility open to the public. The portion of the site that this building will be located upon, through engineering, will be modified to retain the first one inch of stormwater, for that portion, on that portion. The request will not have an impact on the existing parking as its use is by the existing tenants. The following process would be necessary: 1. Application for site plan revision accompanied with the appropriate fees. 2. Review and comment by the City engineer, Fire department and City staff. 3.
