Atlantic Avenue This application is complete and all required fee's have been received by the city. The request consists of (# 1) a 144 square foot, two pole support, 30 foot high sign being placed adjacent to the right of way on N. Atlantic Avenue and (# 2) a 36 square foot, single pole, 7 foot high sign being placed adjacent to the right of way on Center Street. The above request will meet the requirements of the City's Sign Ordinances with the following conditions: 1. The removal of advertisements from the existing sign located on the lot adjacent and to the North of the requested sign on N. Atlantic Avenue that advertise business not located on that site. (off -site signs are prohibited)(the property owner has agreed to remove these advertisements) 2. That any lighting of the sign comply with city regulations. This letter is to advise you that the Community Appearance Board approved the above - referenced project, in the meeting held on October 6, 1997, with the following stipulations: Stipulations: 1. Removing the advertisements from the existing sign located on the lot adjacent and to the North of the requested sign on N Atlantic Ave that advertise business not located on that site. 2. That any lighting of the sign comply with city regulations. You may contact the Building Department for information relating to the issuing required permits for the project.
