The above referenced application has been reviewed by the building department and has
been found to be sufficient for review by the Community Appearance Board.
A pre -application meeting has been held with the applicant.
All fee's have been paid for this application.
The project as submitted is for a two story, single family residence located in the Coastal
Construction Zone in an R-3 Zoning District, and complies with the requirements of that
district.
This project will require permits from the Dept. of Environmental Protection prior to
construction.
All utilities for this project will be underground.
Staff recommends approval of this request.

Pursuant to Section 286.1015, Florida Statutes, the City hereby advises the public that: If a
person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter
