The above referenced application has been reviewed by the building department and has
been found to be sufficient for review by the Community Appearance Board.
All fee's have been paid for this application.
The project as submitted is a single story, single family dwelling located in, and
surrounded by, R-3 zoning and complies with the requirements of that district.
The project contains a proposed swimming pool and concrete block walls that will
require separate permits and approvals by the building department prior to construction.
The project will require sidewalks in compliance with Code Section 110-475 that shall be
constructed in compliance with the requirements of Code Section 98-92 (t).
All utilities to the project will be underground.
The building department has no objections to the approval of this request.
