period
Review your City of Cape Canaveral BTR information. If there is an error, report it to us immediately.
The City will impose
After you have obtained a City of Cape Canaveral BTR, you will receive a renewal notice each year 30 to 60 days prior to
expiration, to the address indicated above.
If your business has more than one location, you must obtain a City of Cape Canaveral BTR for each location.
If you change your business name, ownership or location, you are required to submit a new BTR application to the
City of Cape Canaveral for the change with a transfer fee. The prior business tax receipt is to be surrendered before
issuance of a new City of Cape Canaveral BTR. The back of the BTR must be signed and dated by the previous owner(s)
and indicated that all rights, interests, and title of the business are assigned to the new owner.
Continuous licensure is required for all businesses; maintain this at all times.
