License #21-001452 for year 2020-2021 was issued 12/08/20 and expired 09/30/21. License #22-002720 for year 2021-2022 was automatically renewed then cancelled 09/15/21 as Bankruptcy paperwork received for license holder. Cheryl, Could you please provide the previous 2 years of BTRs for this property thru the old Springbrook system as I do not have access to? With respect to City BTRs, I found the following: License Year 2019 – Approved/Renewed on 7/22/2019 – expired on 9/30/2019 2020 – no info. Found 2021 – Approved/Renewed on 12/08/2020. Expires on 9/30/2021. 2022 - FY 2022 license was cancelled by licensee Brenda or Donna, not sure if you have anything to add.
