Hello David,
I hope this email finds you well. We are approaching a new month as we’ve all been awaiting on city attorney response for review. I completely understand everyone is busy however we
have major partnerships awaiting on us to for fill our agreement as we’ve been on hold. A lot of monies have been invested and I hate for one individual to be the cause of a bigger
issue hear shortly. I appreciate the constant updates, but we need an resolution as my hands are getting tied.

I appreciate your consideration as it's your day off however I would love to save everyone the time as all documents attached to this email should be sufficient to grant approval.
Please see information attached to this email. I've included the long term lease that states car rental use only on premises, furthermore included The Hertz Corporation recent FPL bill
before taking over. The water usage was low on water bill provided due to Hertz operating at Cocoa location due to cruise ships being down due to COIVD-19. Please advise.
