The lease only provides the date when you began operation there. It does not speak to when the previous tenant left. Same with the water bill. Please see information attached to this email. I've included the long term lease that states car rental use only on premises, furthermore included The Hertz Corporation recent FPL bill before taking over. The water usage was low on water bill provided due to Hertz operating at Cocoa location due to cruise ships being down due to COIVD-19. Please advise.
