I withdraw the 4 homes instead of two comment, I was mistaken. However, I still argue that the additional congestion on that corner is not conducive to the harmony of the neighborhood,
and Ocean Woods is not a part of the E. Central neighborhood.

Good Afternoon City Council Members,
I am writing to provide my opposition to this resolution as it is not clear how it will benefit the neighbors and other residents of Cape Canaveral. This same request was proposed
in January of 2021 and it was disapproved. What has changed since that time that it would now be approved?
The lots on the corner of Ridgewood and E. Central should not be split, allowing four houses instead of two to be built. That is already a busy enough intersection with traffic in
and out from Ocean Wood, Ocean Oaks, and Royal Mansions. To cram four more houses into that area is not in line with keeping the charm and harmony of the other lots and residences on
E. Central.
It seems the only person this would benefit is the owner of the lots, who doesn't even live in Cape Canaveral. This would enable him to double his income on developing the lots. How
does this benefit the city?
We, the full time residents of Cape Canaveral, fully oppose this request.
Regards,
Marko and Tricia Hakamaa
