Honorable and Pro Tem Mayor;
I agree with your concern that the City Council may have moved to swiftly and outside the Ordinances and Laws of the State of Florida when pursuing the purchase of the property on A1A.
I agree that research to address the purchase of the property be held to ensure that the City Council could not be sued by its citizens for not following proper procedures during the
procurement and subsequent purchase of the property.
I agree with you, Willis and Kellum that we need to double check that we are in compliance with local and state ordinances and laws before moving forward with the final purchase of the
property.

P.S. We do want more greenspace for families but not directly on A1A. I don't believe it is a safe location as people would again be crossing A1A to use it.
