From the discussion last night, I believe you and David Dickey think the City has answered my question, “provide the document showing the math and measurement method associated with
the determination that the lots resulting from the split meet the size and square footing requirements of our ordinances.” Please, let’s begin with the email chain below. Your statement
, “That answer will be forthcoming”, on August 22nd 2022. I may have missed it, or I can’t identify the answer from the information that has been provided by the City. So it is perfectly
clear to me and others, can you provide the answer to me again? Note: the width measurement of the lots are not in question except the 15 percent criteria, nor the depth of the northern
lot. The measurement I would like the City’s clear answer on is the depth of the southern lot. Thank you.

Pat,
I have requested that Staff conduct a thorough review of the measurement methodology.
That answer will be forthcoming.
Thanks,
Todd

Todd, please explain how you can recommend approval, the PandZ can recommend approval, the city can review dozens of required documents and cannot provide the proof, math, that shows
the requested lot meets all the parameters required in our ordinance.

So I gather a measurement was not done already?
