If that is not possible forward the suspicious mail to phishalert@cityofcapecanaveral.org ________________________________ From the discussion last night, I believe you and David Dickey think the City has answered my question, “provide the document showing the math and measurement method associated with the determination that the lots resulting from the split meet the size and square footing requirements of our ordinances.” Please, let’s begin with the email chain below. Your statement , “That answer will be forthcoming”, on August 22nd 2022. I may have missed it, or I can’t identify the answer from the information that has been provided by the City. So it is perfectly clear to me and others, can you provide the answer to me again? Note: the width measurement of the lots are not in question except the 15 percent criteria, nor the depth of the northern lot. The measurement I would like the City’s clear answer on is the depth of the southern lot. Thank you.
