IF WITHIN THAT PARTICULAR SECTION ANOTHER SECTION, ARTICLE OR
PARAGRAPH 15 REFERRED TO, IT SHALL BE A PART OF THE STANDARD
SPECIFICATIONS AL50.
ALL WORK SHALL BE A WORKMANLIKE MANNER AND SHALL CONFORM WITH ALL
APPLICABLE CITY, COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS AND/OR
CODES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ALL
NECESSARY PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIRED TO BEGIN WORK.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL GUARANTEE ALL WORK AND MATERIALS FOR A PERIOD
OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PROJECT OF ACCEPTANCE, DURING WHICH
ALL FAULTY CONSTRUCTION AND/OR MATERIALS SHALL BE CORRECTED AT THE
CONTRACTOR5 EXPENSE.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM ALL GRADING NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE THE
PROPOSED PLAN GRADES INCLUDING TYPICAL SECTIONS.
ALL WORK SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 120 OF THE STANDARD
SPECIFICATIONS.

CONSTRUCTION STAKING WILL BE PERFORMED BY THE CONTRACTOR.

AT LEAST 489(1 OF THE MAXIMUM DENSITY AS DETERMINED BY AA HO T-

PORTLAND GEMENT CONCRETE SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE HITH SECTION
THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS.
CONCRETE PAVEMENT SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED TO TTIE DEPTH AND LIMIT
SHOWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 350 OF THE STANDARD
