Good Afternoon,
I echo Mr. Campbell's comments and agree on his point that the splitting of lots should not be allowed. Cramming two house into the corner of Ridgewood and Central does not make sense
for all the reasons Mr. Campbell mentioned. What is the reason why Mr. Dichristopher cannot merge the lots and build one house, one that would have more room and be further set back
from the high volume of traffic coming from Ocean Woods, Ocean Oaks, and Royal Mansions? We specifically bought on E. Central because of its charm with unique houses spaced apart and
no condos or townhomes that would be turned into ABNBs.
Although I am unable to make the meeting in person as I am on work travel, consider this my official notification opposing this request.

I intend to speak, but want a record of my comments to the Dichristopher lot split application be captured in public record. I hope you will read and validate what I am saying.
