I take this vote very seriously, and I am in the process of studying it after watching the P&Z Board Recommendation yesterday evening. I am writing to establish my objections to the splitting of the lot at the northwest corner of East Central and Ridgewood. I am building a house on Surf Drive and I selected this neighborhood because of the single family nature of the area with houses on large lots. Please maintain the harmony of our neighborhood and deny the splitting of the lot. Ryan Florida has a very broad public records law. As a result, any written communication created or received by the City of Cape Canaveral officials and employees will be made available to the public and/or media upon request, unless otherwise exempt.
