Todd, please explain how you can recommend approval, the PandZ can recommend approval, the city can review dozens of required documents and cannot provide the proof, math, that shows
the requested lot meets all the parameters required in our ordinance.

1. I understand the rear yard setback is 25 feet, not 8 feet in R-1.
2. As I recall, it is a line connecting the 25 foot point on the north and west property lines to help determine how a structure could/would be laid out on the property.
