I am in receipt of this email. I believe you are talking about the lot split request on Central and Ridgewood? I noticed you wrote "variance" and want to make sure you are talking
about the same thing. I remember you had previously emailed me on 8/1/22 about the lot split and assume that is what you referencing. Please let me know if this is about something
else other than the lot split application.

We are assuming this variance will be denied since cape canaveral building official stood before city of cape canaveral residents as well as the board of adjustment and said there would
be no variance request as fit on property. Otherwise would be like cc building official flat out lied to city of cc residents and board members. Right? See you at the meeting. Jennifer
