Subject: Lot split applications
Dave,
As we discussed last Friday, please conduct a thorough review of the DiChristopher lot split application applying the various definitions of “Lot” described in Sec. 110-01.
Please apply this review methodology for all future lot splits.
Thanks,
Todd
