I was unable to attend the August 3rd meeting regarding the residential lot split on East Central Blvd/Ridgewood Avenue.
Would you please answer my questions or direct me to someone who would answer them.
Why did the owner of this lot want it split?
Does the lot go from Ocean Woods to Central Blvd and instead of putting one house on it he wants to put two houses on it?
Does the zoning get changed?
Does the entrance to the lots change from Central Blvd. to Ridgewood?
