I still do not have the method and measurements against our ordinances that prompted Dave Dickey and Todd to recommend approval of the Dichristopher lot split. This topic is on the agenda
for the next council meeting and the city has not been responsive to my requests.

· I understand the rear yard setback is 25 feet, not 8 feet in R-1.
· As I recall, it is a line connecting the 25 foot point on the north and west property lines to help determine how a structure could/would be laid out on the property.

There is more wrong with the graphic, but here are two I don’t understand.
