In the R-1 low density residential district, the following minimum setbacks shall be required: (1)Front, 25 feet. (2)Side (interior lot line), eight feet or ten percent of lot, whichever is greater, up to 20 feet. (3)Side (corner lot line), 25 feet. (4)Rear, 25 feet; 20 feet when abutting an alley.
