Hello David,
Thank you for the phone call the other day requesting that our agenda item be moved to October 18, I see no problem with that but would request in return that we be placed earliest on
the agenda with a time certain. After much due diligence, I've found that the recorded history of Canaveral Beach Gardens Unit 2 subdivision works in my favor, and I am quite confident
the Council will apply that history equally with my request. I've asked my attorney to send a letter to the City Manager and City Attorney with pertinent information to advise the
Council to help support my lot split request.
