After much due diligence, I've found that the recorded history of Canaveral Beach Gardens Unit 2 subdivision works in my favor, and I am quite confident the Council will apply that history equally with my request. I've asked my attorney to send a letter to the City Manager and City Attorney with pertinent information to advise the Council to help support my lot split request. Please keep us informed of any development, thank you. Sincerely, Mike DiChristopher Florida has a very broad public records law.
