I truly believe that this should always be the purpose of staff to present the facts, because without this knowledge then either the applicant or the public could feel like they have been misled. Your presentation left no doubt in any of the minds of each board member because they all came to the same conclusion for the same reasonings. Again, thank you for your professionalism.
