Good morning Richard & Shawn,
Please find attached photos of work completed per inspection notes
for M.E.P & framing inspection conducted yesterday 7/25 AM.
1) PLUMBING ROUGH:
- secure plumbing line in M.Bath - please see attached pic.
2) FRAMING INSPECTION:
A) Provide photos of added strapping per uplift code. - Please see attached picture.
NOTE: THE Strapping pictured in the truss in the garage has a (HTT4 rated for 2,580) is in place. additional strapping was also added. please see attached pics
B) provide photos of missing screws in back porch strap
- see attached pic.
3) ELECTRICAL INSPECTION:
A) Missing electrical box in M.bath - will be addressed today
B) UG power conversion - scheduled for 8/2.
