All documents attached to Maronda Homes permit and the inspection history are available on the BS&A online software. Once the requestor clicks the link provided below, they will need
to type 309 Surf in the property search bar and click search. The property will populate as demonstrated in the first screen shot below. The requestor will need to double-click to
select the property. To view documents attached to the permit they need to click view under the attachments field. I have included a second screenshot with the field highlighted and
the page number highlighted. (Meets criteria of last 90 days). To access the inspection history of the permit, they will need to click view by the Residential New Construction permit.
I have highlighted the area in the third screen shot provided. Lastly, the fourth attachment shows what the results will look like. They will need to scroll down a little to get
to the area that I have highlighted. They can I am pointing to these areas specifically, as these areas contain activity that meet the scope of the request for the last 90 days. By
clicking view, by each inspection, they will be able to see the result notes, as well. I hope that this is helpful. I thought the screenshots being provided along with the instructions
may help. Please let me know if I can assist further. Thank you.
