Hello. We walked down 309 Surf yesterday. I will send things I hope you will look at. There are serious issues. Maronda says no problem, they will correct, but they have failed so far.
Please review my list. I think it will help you. They say they are going to ask for an inspection Tuesday. They are struggling with plumbing. The system has been opened 4 times now.
There are things covered that I do not believe you have seen. For plumbing, the people doing the work can’t possibly be licensed. They don’t know even fundamental concepts. Framing
is a joke. The roof system is not in accordance with Zip System instructions.
