HomeMy WebLinkAbout7910 & 7912 Aurora CourtHi Todd,
I don't have the elevations for Aurora Court. I just spoke to the surveyor, who suggested that this information may be found on the "plot plan or site plan" from when the structures
were built.
Since I do not believe in blindsiding, the questions that I am suppose to ask tomorrow and need documented are:
What EXACTLY can be built if there is a total loss?
Can a detached guest house be built again?
Can the property be rebuilt in the same footprint of the main structure and increase the square footage to have a similar home?
How many stories be built up?
What restrictions are there?
I appreciate your time and attention.
Carmen Anderson
PS I couldn't open your attachment. I will try later.

Carmen,
Thank you for the info. Do you have a survey that shows the elevation of Aurora Ct?
Please find attached the applicable portion of the Coastal Construction Control Line (CCCL) Map showing your parcel.
Note that the structures are located seaward of the CCCL. Which means any additions and/or re-building efforts would require approval from the DEP.
See you tomorrow.
Thanks,
Todd
