After discussing my contract with the owner, Carmen Anderson, I have revised our original cost sheet to reflect the following:
1. Moving the pumps will not be a part of our contract…she will have this done herself.
2. She will supply the temporary toilet or let us use the toilet in the other house on the property.
3. We will do just the basic trim required for a building permit. She will add any baseboards and closet doors on her own time and expense.
4. My lumber bill to date is $1989 and I am almost complete with the job. I should have at least a $300 reduction in the lumber cost.
5. There was a cost category on the old cost sheet that showed $1000 for tile in the shower. Her shower contains approximately 100 square feet of tile and we have reduced her allowance
to $5.50/square feet installed.
The total of these changes will reduce the cost sheet to $39,960. The revised cost sheet is attached.
