Dave, can you provide update on when this area will finalized and re-zone to R-2 or R3. We spoke last year, and we were given Jan/Feb 2021 time frame. We listed in October 3 2020, and would like to sell sooner vs later (we had multiple offers that didn’t materialize because of the zoning issue). If you recall, we’re having difficulty selling townhouse on the 100 block due to incorrect zoning and not being able to rebuilt as per lender/ appraiser... Appreciate your correspondence.
